Proposed Dot EU dispute resolution rules published
The Czech Arbitration Court, the official dispute resolution provider for Dot EU, has published a set of draft rules, with a request for comments from any interested parties.
In a bid to make the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure for Dot EU as comprehensive and efficient as possible, the CAC has commendably chosen to release its draft rules for public consultation.
The rules for the dispute resolution procedure plus a set of supplemental rules can all be downloaded from the CAC's website.
Comments on these draft documents can be made up until September 7th, the closing date set by the CAC for the consultation.
